Apartment available to rent in cosmopolitan town of Santa Ponsa. Located within 20 km of Palma, the airport being only 5 km further, the motorway means the apartment can be reached within 20 minutes of leaving the airport. Santa Ponsa is situated in the South West corner of Mallorca, directly on the coast. This area is the most lively in all Mallorca, due to a favourable climate all year round. The town has two separate beaches, both stocked with sunloungers and umbrellas available to hire.

The apartment is situated a mere 150m from the beach, and the town centre and restaurants are all within walking distance. Once in the apartment a car is not necessary. There is ample public transport should you wish to visit Palma or the rest of the island. However should you wish to use a car there is ample parking just outside the apartment entrance.
